I.P.R.S Limited was established in May of 2002 as an Irish owned company who provide a comprehensive first class service and unequalled expertise in the respraying / restoration of Architectural coatings to roof / wall cladding systems, curtain walling, anodising and food safe panels.

The company has its base at present in Airport Business Park, Co. Waterford and is owned and operated by John Connolly & Sean Colgan. They have between them, many years of construction management and practical experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry .

I.P.R.S. Limited have technical backup expertise provided by our specialist coatings suppliers, and independent coatings specialist consultants. Our technical staff are all fully trained and our senior on site operatives have extensive experience in our specialist works.

Our recent and current workload reflects this experience and includes both new build and refurbishment projects ranging from major commercial to industrial buildings. The clients that we carry out our specialist subcontract works for range from, Architects, building contractors, specialist cladding / roofing and curtain walling subcontractors, private building owners and property management companies.

We have recently acquired a spray booth which is located at our head office . This spray booth allows us to produce a superior finish to our off site spraying division. We are currently working towards full compliance with new EPA regulations for companies involved in the painting industry.

We operate in every county throughout Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We will also quote to carry out works in the UK and Mainland Europe and our operatives have experience in these areas.
